Dr. Samuel J. Prisco is a 2006 graduate of North Pocono High School. He then graduated cum laude from Muhlenberg College in 2010 where he received his bachelor’s degree in Biology.
Upon graduation Dr. Prisco attended Temple University’s School of Dentistry. While at Temple Dr. Prisco became a volunteer at numerous free dental clinics in low income and underserved areas of Philadelphia. In addition, Dr. Prisco traveled to Jamaica on a dental mission trip with Great Shape! 1,000 Smiles Project which provides free access to dental care and education to Jamaican families. While there, he provided Jamaicans with fillings, cleanings, extractions, sealants, and oral hygiene education.
Dr. Prisco graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia where he received his degree as Doctor of Dental Medicine. Since graduating Dr. Prisco has become an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Dr. Prisco has completed over 500 hours of continuing education courses in Occlusion, Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Implants, Oral Surgery, and digital dentistry.
Dr. Prisco currently resides in Clarks Summit, PA and when not practicing dentistry enjoys golf, skiing, guitar, and spending time with his wife Tara, son Sammy, and dog Penny.
